Did
you enjoy the program that you just heard? Do you want more? Could
you, your colleagues, or your organization benefit from extended,
more in-depth, personal application study sessions (PASS) with the
information that was presented? If your answer was yes to anyone of
these questions, then our Power PASS Experience is right for you.
Power PASSes are available for each program that we offer, and they
provide an opportunity for a small group of people to receive direct
instruction, guided practice, and personal accountability from Amos
directly! Each Power PASS Experience was uniquely designed to help
you power past all the traditional distractions and momentum killers
such as: procrastination, no support group, no action plan, no
resources, no time etc., and position yourself for massive, long-term
success well into the future. Everyone who enrolls in a Power Pass
Experience agrees to a mandatory four to six week commitment where
they meet once a week for approximately two hours for their study
session. There are no excused absences, so if some misses a session
they are automatically dis-enrolled from the Power PASS Experience
without a refund.

The
Sweetest Victory
– We believe that childhood
obesity is a psychological disorder with physical consequences.
Therefore, “The Sweetest Victory” empowers overweight and obese
youth to conquer this disorder by encouraging them to become
advocates against the conditions that caused their weight problem.
In 60 days, our program will transform a cohort of overweight and
obese youth into people who not only look and behave differently, but
more importantly, think differently about themselves, their goals and
dreams, and their place in the world.
Youth will be able to:
- Improve their diet, eating habits, and social network
- Develop individualized exercise plans
- Produce 10-20 lbs. weight loss
- Produce individual portfolios documenting their psychological and emotional growth and
Use these portfolios to make community presentations on health advocacy
- Engage in peer-to-peer mentoring
